23 and 1/2 Hours 90

I have a big interest in preventative medicine. There are many things that you can do that are incredibly important for your health and I wouldn’t want you to minimize your efforts in any one category. But I wanted to know, what comes first? In this visual lecture,  I answer the old question “What is the single best thing we can do for our health” in a completely new way.

  2. Thanks! Good inspiration. I’m on the couch with a sore foot as I watch this, but am compelled to stick with my exercise program. Considered obese, possible thyroid issues an a constant body temperature of 96.6, it’s very difficult to lose weight. Good to know the exercise can be moderate and still help. Thank you.

  3. I would like to give you major kudos on your thoughts on preventive medicine and encouragement for activity/movement. It’s refreshing to see another health care professional who understands the importance of prevention, activity, and lifestyle changes

  4. My doctor told me about this video about a year ago, after I had started walking seriously…and now I’m about 50 pounds lighter. I counted what I ate, too, but this video make exercise very “doable”!

  5. This is excellent advice thank you. Any chance I can I get a link to this video minus the subtitles? I’m a physiotherapist and I’d really like to be able to show this to patients with or without the subtitles with your permission that is. Thanks again. Mick.
